2025: A Year of Growth, Connection, and Big Milestones

With 2025 in the books, it’s time for our favorite yearly ritual: stepping back, firing up the reports, and seeing what all that work added up to. New features, platform polish, long travel days, and plenty of wins made this a year powered by our team, our partners, and the brokers who count on QuickFacts.

Building Better Tools for Brokers

2025 delivered plenty to get excited about. We brought new products to life, pushed forward on projects that had been in motion, and packed the platform with updates aimed at making brokers’ daily work feel lighter. It all came together in a way that made the year feel full of movement. And with each release, the goal stayed the same: give brokers tools that genuinely make a difference in their day. These releases included:

  • Commercial launch: We launch a highly requested, brand new commercial product line alongside our personal lines product
  • IRCA launch: As a second phase of our commercial launch, we launched commercial IRCA Auto comparisons
  • Revamped login experience: Signing in to QuickFacts got a facelift, turning it into a quick, no-nonsense moment instead of a daily hurdle.

Each one was driven by broker feedback and built to save time, cut friction, and make everyday workflows easier.

We also spent time strengthening the connections behind the scenes. Our partnership with Acturis continued to grow in 2025, and with it came a clear shift in how brokers used workflows day to day. Over the past year, the number of workflow users more than doubled, showing how these tools are becoming part of everyday broker routines.

For anyone who enjoys a good year-end data dive, this is the fun part. We dug through a full year of broker activity and platform usage metrics to see what actually moved the needle in 2025. The results are the kind of numbers that make our inner insurance nerds smile.

The Numbers Behind the Momentum

We love building tools, but this is the part we get excited about. The clicks, the time saved, the quiet “wow” moments hiding in the data all kept climbing this year.

Here’s a snapshot of what we achieved:

  • Carrier manual updates completed: 650
  • Comparison resources built: 72
  • Documents opened through our platform: 324,557
  • Total sign-ins to our platform: 497,384

Top 5 most viewed pages on our Comparisons platform:

Payment Plans – Monthly Direct Bill Options
Overland Water/Sewer Backup
Tag Theft Tracking System
Auto Endorsements 18 & 43 – Replacement Cost & Depreciation Waiver
Accident Protection

Cost and time savings:

  • Total costs saved: $36,528,846
  • Hours saved by brokers: 1,548,705

It’s one thing to build tools. It’s another to see the results show up in dashboards, charts, and all the little metrics we secretly love. And this year, those signals kept climbing.

Listening and Learning

Brokers sit at the center of everything we do, and this year we doubled down on staying connected. 2025 was full of chances to show up, listen, and sharpen the support that powers their day-to-day work. We met brokers where they were, on calls, at events, and in the small moments that shape real partnerships. And every conversation helped us build a clearer picture of what matters most.

Here’s what that looked like:

  • Overall user growth in 2025: 89%
  • Net Promoter Score: 65
  • Live chats handled: 1,147
  • Prizes won by QuickFacts users: 35

Every conversation, every chat, every contest, and every moment of support matters to us. We’re grateful for every interaction.

Miles, Meetings, and Everything in Between

Travel played a big role in our year again. From conferences to client visits, we showed up across Canada and the U.S. to meet brokers where they are and chat all about insurance.

  • Flights taken: 46+ flights
  • Hotel nights logged: 65+ hotel nights
  • Tradeshows attended: 7 Canadian shows
  • Major events attended across North America: 11
  • Most expensive Uber ride: $223.69 CAD from 7th Avenue, NYC to Newark Airport

From Quebec’s RCCAQ to Alberta’s IBAA and Saskatchewan’s IBAS, from New York’s Insurtech Match to Ontario’s IBAO, we connected with industry leaders, explored regional needs, and deepened the conversations that help us build better products.

Provinces visited: NS, ON, QC, BC, AB, SK, MB, NL
States visited: NY

The Highlights Reel

This year brought plenty of reasons to pause and smile:

  • New team members welcomed: 11
  • Photos taken with Quinn: 16
  • Awards won: 3
    • Top Insurance Employer – Insurance Business Canada
    • Best Insurtech – IBAO Awards of Excellence
    • Most Promising Startup – Global Insurtech Awards
  • Featured in the Insurtech Universe “Insurtech Podium”
  • First webinar hosted: Leading Through Change
  • Guest appearance on IBAC Tech Talk
  • An average of 89 minutes saved (and celebrated!) per broker per day

These moments capture the spirit of the year and show how far we’ve come. They’re a nice snapshot of progress in motion, and a good boost of energy as we head into what’s next. And because we can never resist a little friendly competition, our team found plenty of quirky, data-tracked ways to give back along the way.

We kicked things off with a Step Challenge that turned footsteps into donations across Canada, cranked out 2,000 push-ups for mental health, ran for children’s hospitals, and spent September getting our steps in while picking up trash each week. We mixed in creative and cozy moments too, from October’s photo themes to November’s recipe challenge and everything in between that brings us together and makes a difference along the way.

What’s Next?

As we close out 2025, we’re grateful for the brokers who trust us, the partners who collaborate with us, and the team who continues to raise the bar. With new products on the horizon and more improvements coming, 2026 is already shaping up to be another exciting year.

Here’s to making insurance simpler, faster, and better, together.
