QuickFacts Wins IBAO Best InsurTech Award

 November 18, 2025 – Niagara Falls, ON

QuickFacts has been named Best InsurTech at the 2025 Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario (IBAO) Awards. The IBAO Awards celebrate innovation, collaboration, and leadership across Ontario’s broker community. These values reflect what makes this industry strong. For QuickFacts, the recognition is a meaningful acknowledgment from peers and partners we deeply respect. We’re proud to be part of a community that continues to raise the bar for what technology can do in insurance.

A Team-Driven Win

The broker perspective has always guided QuickFacts. Many members of the QuickFacts team have lived the pace and pressures of brokerage life, which keeps ideas grounded in what truly helps. That experience, combined with the creativity of engineers, designers, and client success specialists, shapes how the company approaches each challenge alongside the brokers and insurers it serves. Collaboration, within the team and across the industry, continues to drive steady improvements that make everyday work a little easier.

Christy Barsalou

“Winning the IBAO Best InsurTech award is a reflection of our entire team. It’s proof that when passionate people come together to solve real problems, great things happen. Every feature we build, every client relationship we nurture, comes from that shared drive to make a difference in this industry. I couldn’t be prouder of our team and what we’ve built together.”

“This award means a lot because it comes from within the community we serve. From day one, our goal was to create technology that empowers brokers to make their jobs easier, their clients happier, and their businesses stronger. Seeing that vision recognized by the IBAO is incredibly rewarding. But this is just the beginning. We’re excited about what’s next.”

Looking Ahead

For QuickFacts, the recognition is both a celebration and a motivator. The company remains focused on advancing digital solutions that keep brokers at the center of the insurance experience, ensuring technology enhances human connection rather than replaces it.

Generative AI has opened up how information flows through the industry, from underwriting and claims to client service. QuickFacts sees significant potential in building on its existing AI tools to reduce the friction in brokers’ daily work and give them clearer, faster access to what they need to serve clients well. The goal isn’t to reinvent the broker’s role, but to strengthen it by building technology shaped by the people who use it every day.
