Christy has over 15 years of experience as an Insurance Broker. The past decade has been spent in a management capacity, where she perfected operations and efficiencies. Her experience in working and managing brokerages covers traditional brokerages up to leading-edge digital brokerages.

She is very passionate and active in the insurance community. She started sharing this passion in the Young Broker Network committee that is part of IBANS. She was the Chair of the Young Broker Network from 2017-2018, and then she had the privileged to sit on the IBANS board of directors from 2018 – 2020. She stepped down to pursue her dream of launching QuickFacts. While she was on the board of directors with IBANS, she taught CAIB courses to help students on their path to gaining their CAIB designation.

Her leadership and impact on the Canadian insurance landscape have not gone unnoticed; she has been named to the Elite Insurance Women list for two consecutive years and was recently recognized as one of the Top 100 leaders in the industry. Most importantly, she is referred to by industry friends and co-workers as an “Insurance Nerd.”

Jeff doesn’t just sell software; he builds the strategic frameworks that turn industry “pain points” into national solutions. His path to Insurtech was paved by a long sales career and an MBA from Saint Mary’s. Before QuickFacts, Jeff spent years at Kohltech, where he managed a $1.5M marketing budget, coordinated with over 400 dealers, and led US business development through complex market expansions.

As Co-Founder and CRO, Jeff spearheaded the QuickFacts business plan, working with Christy to scale it from an idea to a national operation with millions in revenue. He leverages his expertise in digital transformation, honed by implementing CRM and software platforms in his other roles, to ensure an industry-leading, “sticky” customer experience. Jeff excels at translating complex technical infrastructure into transparent value for brokers and carriers alike.

When he isn’t scaling the revenue engine at QuickFacts, Jeff is likely on the field. A competitive Ultimate Frisbee player, he represents Atlantic Canada internationally with his Masters team, Dead Circus.

Mitchell has 18 years of experience as a developer and has led national teams. He has extensive knowledge of stacks and frameworks, having built, improved, and maintained a comprehensive software portfolio for global brands.

Mitchell will be focusing on the vision for our insurance software and bringing it to life. The technological innovations will continue to bring additional value to our broker customers and keep QuickFacts the number one resource for brokerage operations.
